Texturing project I completed at NAD UQAC. This project was my first experience with texturing skin. Utilizing Substance Painter, I enjoyed adding intricate details such as highlights and shadows tones to the skin. The rendering was done in Maya, while learning shading with Maya, displacement maps, and subsurface scattering (SSS).
As a bonus, I created a customizable rock shader in Maya, adaptable for various surfaces. This shader effectively captures the edges and cavities of the model to incorporate details from the rock map.
I really enjoyed this project!
